When a lawyer saves a draft contract to Kefron’s EDRM System he will have a record of all the changes made to the contract and a simple overview of his work.
When the contract is saved it is possible to ensure that only one person can edit it at a time.
When it is completed, a final version is saved and automatically routed to the supervising partner for approval who, having edited and approved the document, checks it back into Kefron’s EDRM System.
It is then routed back to the lawyer and even the client can be given direct access to Kefron’s EDRM System.
Once it is ready, it is then sent to the client for signature. When the signed copy is returned it is tagged with the client meta number and the signed copy scanned to Kefron’s EDRM System where it can automatically replace the unsigned version.
If a paper version of the contract needs to be stored a box index number can be added making finding the document in the future much easier.
If the lawyer wants to email a redacted version of the contract, we can provide pdf software that can integrate with Kefron’s EDRM System so that the confidential information can be removed and the redacted version emailed.
All documents relating to the client can be easily retrieved using the client meta number.
Even if the firm already has case management software, it may be possible to integrate it with Kefron’s EDRM System to provide a secure storage system for all documents and emails.
